Guitar strings are made of mixed metals such as copper, brass, bronze, and nickel, so some natural tarnishing may occur over time. To slow this process, store your earrings in a small sealed plastic bag when not in use. Keep them away from lotions, perfumes, and moisture to preserve the wire, beads, and hardware.
